About Signetics

Signetics, founded in 1961, was a pioneering semiconductor company known for its significant contributions to the development of integrated circuits. As one of the first companies to focus on IC technology, Signetics played a crucial role in advancing electronics, impacting industries from computing to telecommunications. Eventually acquired by Philips, its legacy continues to influence modern semiconductor innovations.

Signetics began semiconductor assembly and test operations in Korea in 1966 as part of Signetics Corporation, based in Sunnyvale, California. Signetics was acquired by Philips Semiconductor in 1975, and became an independent subcontract service provider in 1995. With over 40 years in the business, Signetics is the most experienced semiconductor assembly and test facility in Korea.

• Data sheet verification of all parts.
• Acetone swab test on sample pieces.
• Extensive views under our macro zoom (200x) microscope for quality detection.
• Digital photos of all outgoing Signetics parts.
• We maintain a strict approved vendor list (AVL).

Some of these measurements include customer surveys, on-time delivery and customer complaints.
